I have had a few people ask me in the past where I train in Palmerston North when the slalom course in Shannon doesnt flow. Well Palmerston North Lagoon is one of the most well used training venues in New Zealand that I have ever been based at. Its always good to paddle where there are a few other people paddling (even when its freezing outside)!
