This is a package deal that provides the athlete constant support for the duration of the programme. Based around athletes goals.

Provide Mapping- This is a systematic approach to providing training and linking training programmes together for peak developments. Gym Programme and Physical Conditioning programme.

Psychological support – Goal setting, race strategies, training strategies and how to get the most out of your time while competing in canoe slalom.

Monitoring-This allows athletes to contact us and gain advise throughout the year.

Technical Support- Technical analysis using video software.

Testing -This shows how effective the training is and a good indicator of physical weaknesses. Fat testing is also assessed.

Nutritional Support – Nutritional consultations with help the athlete become more professional and help get the most out of their selected training goals.

Coaching – Depending on how many sessions the athlete wants, they may choose to select with or without coaching prices.

Athlete support – Athletes will be able to communicate about issues related to canoe slalom with the trainer.

Personal Training – This service is available for anyone wanting a personal training gym session.
